The Carriage House Story

Carriage House Catering began after many requests from happy clients of Bugsy's Catering who wanted the us to try something a little more upscale.

We began with our own treasured family recipes, then added favorites from our friends. Suggestions from our staff infused many dishes with the distinctive flavors of their diverse ethnic backgrounds. We tasted and experimented until even familiar dishes are transformed with our own unique ingredients.

We combined this with more than twenty years experience running a successful full service restaurant. The result is Carriage House Catering.
