their family of great food catering & restaurants.
Carriage
House Catering began after many requests from happy clients of Bugsy's
Catering who wanted the us to try something a little more
upscale.
After
trying out recipes with friends and chefs, and endless testing,
we started Carriage House Catering as its own entity in the fall
of 2004.
The
goal is to have delicious and creative menus, but at an affordable
price. We created theme menus that would make menu selections
easier for clients according to the type of event they were having.
Of course clients are always free to choose and create their own
menu and we are always happy to help with this.
Needless
to say, none of this works without quality service and a capable,
friendly staff. Led by Marvin Paz, Carriage House Catering strives
for a superb product, and the most enjoyable and afforable experience
for all.
